In today's day and age, with how prevalent social media/texting is, I tell my boys all the time to NEVER put ANYTHING in writing that you wouldn't mind being read by ANYONE. Heck, before my dad died, and when they still lived out in the country, he and I had many in person conversations where he and I wouldn't even have a cell phone in our presence.
