If I were the judge I'd put him in jail through the end of the court session. Let him get a real look at the CJ system. It is funny though. Serious question. What could they put him in jail for. Contempt of Court. He could claim that he didn't get the Summons.......but oops, nevermind. He ruined that with the response.
