Battery operated side grinder and cut-off wheel is easiest and quickest . Some of the big , 5 tumbler locks have hardened 3/8 shackles and key holes. Bolt cutters , hammers , prying and such ain't gonna cut it. This^ I own a self storage business and cut a lot of locks.
