Freon has been sky high forever. Used to be pretty cheap a good while back. I’d like to know what the true cost is. Gotta be 2000% markup by the time it gets to consumer. The increases began when Duponts patent ran out. There was no issue with any of it, and then all of a sudden Dupont "discovered" it was bad for the environment. Just so happens they had developed a version that wasn't as bad 🙄
