$250 in material if you do it yourself. $1,000 to $1400 for someone that knows what they are doing, $600 for the "yeah I can do it" guy down the road.
Most aluminum boats are worse than full size bass boats. Everything is riveted.

Most aluminum boats are worse than full size bass boats. Everything is riveted. klay, would you happen to have a contact that could replace the transom in my 2004 Lund?

As much as you fish for those slimy fish below the dam, you will wish you had chewed your arm off if you put carpet in your boat! Go with spray in bedliner.

If I had to replace carpet I believe I’d go with something like seadek or hydroturf or the like

Ive thought about that but have reservations. Im looking at boats on FB marketplace. Just trying to figure out what some things will cost to improve a boat i might buy. Dont want to write off a good deal just because the carpet looks like crap

It's a 19' G3 with a vinyl floor and all the goodies you can put on one.
