. the guy in this video made the mistake of showing his weapon before it was needed, but in this rare case it may help him in court as opposed to just pulling a knife because he was loosing a fight. never the less he gave the other gang a chance to pull a gun and shoot him.

He was backing up, non-aggressor the entire time. He was trying to avoid the fight and was being ganged up on. He showed them he was armed with a knife and they kept coming. Can't see how that could be murder.

There's no telling what happened before they got into camera range. Maybe nothing. But you can't really claim it was 100% self defense without knowing if there was a motive or not. We don't know the whole story. May be he's getting railroaded , but maybe not ?
