One of my best friends will go at least 6 times a year. I just dont understand the allure. He takes all the grandkids with him and they have a great time. It just isnt for me. I havent been in about 20 years. I do enjoy the Dixie Stampede dinner show though. For a 7 hour drive, I would rather go south to the beach in the fall. Dixie stampede is not what it used to be. no it’s not. Just about getting ur dollar and in and out as quick as possible. Meal is still decent last time we went but they only give you 5 min to eat half a chicken 😬
