Don’t give up, I had a rifle stolen and it was recovered 19yrs later. Still in the gun case and the box of ammo with it. Don’t think it was ever fired once it was stolen. Key to recovery is being able to produce serial numbers when stolen. Nice. Had several stolen about 19 years ago that would be nice to get back. Unfortunately the 22 will never be recovered because i didn't have serial numbers. It was the first rifle (10/22 Ruger) my Mother purchased for me 😔
Do not regret growing older, it's a privilege denied to many!
