Yes, the folks at the court house know which ballot was issued and have a record.

Incorrect. One can vote in the runoff whether or not they voted in the primary.

OlTimer is correct.

The only circumstance they couldn't would be if they voted democrat in the primary. Can't swap after voting in the primary, but if they didn't vote the primary they can vote either party in the secondary (run-off).

Crossover voting is illegal and can be tracked.

If you aren't registered as a dem or republican, which I'm not, you can vote either party.

I care because the dems are the enemy of America. Their choice of who they vote for should be educating you on who you shouldn't be voting for.

We are all going to vote for Britt if she wins. Our problem with her is that many of us believe she is going to be just another RHINO. Why? She's never held an office, has no voting record and appears to be hand picked by a couple of the top RHINOs in D.C. and they are funneling her money. Not sure what she has done in everyone mind to deserve such a position.... this is a Senate seat after all.

It's really simple and I think many on here who share this opinion:

Whoever the candidate ultimately is... We want someone who is going to do something about the corruption in Washington not go up there and become part of it.

No government employees were harmed in the making of this mess.

Your logic is flawed, Shelby was a Democrat at one point.

We all were at one point in the South and some of us in the Blackbelt still have to pretend to be if we want a say in local elections. I guess that makes me a DINO, which fits because I'm really more independant, sometimes even Libertarian, usually Conservative, but like and need to vote Dem in local elections.

Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

Any registered voter can vote either party in Alabama as you do not register as a Democrat or Republican , you just register to vote. One does not declare a party affiliation to register in Alabama.

The only caveat is a run-off . Whatever party you voted in the primary you must vote the same party in the run-off.

OMG bro…Katie will do whatever the hell her handlers tell her to do. That way they guarantee she stays in office and she gets rich just like Shelby.

Do you like the inflation we have now? Shelby voted to print money like a drunken sailor. He has been a part of the problem. Yeah, Alabama is doing better than most right now, but look around the country. Go visit Houston and Chicago…Los Angeles and see what is happening in our country.

Shelby and his 47 years LED to this and he just voted for another $1.5 trillion which is like throwing gasoline on the inflation fire. Shelby enriched a lot of folks in Alabama. The same ones donating to Britt.

Ask yourself, what is it about Mo Brooks that the establishment hate so bad they will do anything to beat him including hiring smear artists, spending over $25m to make sure he doesn’t get elected?

He has lived a life of integrity. He has not caved on his belief system. He has never sold out his constituents for money. He has faught tax increases his whole life. He is a constitutional scholar that fights for freedom and limited government. THAT’s it!

I voted for Trump twice and will again if he's the nominee but he is anything but a fiscal conservative. He's more of an old school Democrat but he America first, which is the polar opposite Brandon and his merry band America haters
