Never owned a Traeger but do have a Pit Boss Pro Series and can say it cooks everything very well Easy to use, holds and maintains constant temperature The forge/burner will work and perform best if it’s cleaned every 4-6 uses
When I need expert advice I tend to talk to myself The older I get the better I used to be

No electricity needed and very consistent and reliable. I’m sure electric is fine but there something about rolling smoke on a ceramic that’s really cool.

Im not for sure which one I'm gonna get yet......Gonna listen to everyone's opinion first.....Is the end product just as good on a pellet smoker as a ceramic???.....One thing I'm wanting to do is make it as simple as possible to produce great results

I think there are accessory smoke tubes you can use to get increased smoke at the grate. I'd like one, but don't have room for another cooking instrument, right now.
experience is a freakin' awesome teacher....

Sold my Traeger and bought a Pitt Boss. More features, cooks hotter, better value.
