49r. So you are telling me it's ok to break a law in order to perform a citizens arrest? I think your interpretation is a little off. That sounds like a fantastic way to get yourself shot. You might could do this on public land but trespassing to arrest someone as a citizen is pretty bad advise!

I think you're struggling to place all the responsibility on the game wardens instead of accepting your own responsibility. If you're serious about a solution to the problem, you can handle it yourself within the law. You probably need to consult an attorney before you try it though, because you don't seem to interpret the plain language in the law very well.
