I posted a couple weeks back about mine coming apart and I was looking for a new pair. I ended up sending them back again, cost me 5.00 to ship. Costa responded in 2-3 days and said they were covered. 5 days later got a brand new pair in the mail. I still don't think the glass is what it was before the company sold but in this day and time I was ok with spending 5.00 to get a free pair over spending more than that to get another brand. We will see how long they last.

Does anybody else have a problem with costas stretching. Mine become so loose that they are constantly sliding down my nose. Can’t even hardly wear them if I’m sweating. No. You may need to get a pair that fits your head lol.

You guys who have had warranty issue ain’t doing it right. I’ve bought 1 pair in 8 years and have sent them back 3 times and gotten a brand new pair. I just expect for the money the glasses would last. I’ve bought 5$ glasses that don’t stretch like costas. I don’t think 7 3/8 in a fitted hat is that big. It ain’t, but some costas are made for real small heads. It’s like buying a small t shirt when you’re used to wearing a large and expecting it to fit right. Buy a size that doesn’t have to bend out to go on your face and you won’t have an issue with them stretching.

I think it's because I pull them out a little to go over the ears. I had this problem with costa and maui jim. My last pair, I never put cables on and I wore them three years with no issue. Before that, I got a new pair every year due to stretching.
