There is no way in Hades that 7.1% of the population is queer. The government compiles those numbers. They lie about everything else, why wouldn't they lie about that? 1% of the population isn't gay.

Sit down and make a list of 100 random people you know, or better yet, pull out your old yearbook and count the first 100 people in your class. Are 7 of them gay? That should give you an idea of the gay population. Maybe if they did the poll in Cali, but I don't think that is the case here in Bama. Of course they are going to argue that there are a lot of closet gay people here but if they are in the closet, how do the pollsters know it?
