Be sure to have a saltwater fishing license. Also be careful if your throwing a net over a certain size, I do not know the regs particularly, but if it is over a certain size you could be cited for "commercial" fishing if you do not have a commercial fishing license. It’s not size you need to worry about. There are only certain fish you are allowed to catch and keep with a net. I saw a boy with some sheep heads get a ticket from “ Fish and Feathers”
