They use conscripts but also have volunteers. Drafted fighters do not do as well as volunteers.


Like Skinny says... They have a volunteer military (Some of the volunteering might be forced, but we don't know.) The Conscripts serve for 1 year, which seems like a really short time to actually learn anything about fighting or serving in a support role.
