They are calling the civilians a provisional army. They are ambushing the Ruskies. Saw a video where the farmers are hooking tractors to the tanks and towing them off.
I wouldn't even know how to put one of those things in Neutral but I bet it is fun trying to figure it out. I wouldn't be able to resist trying to fire off a round towards the Russians though. Probably blow myself up.
