My wife orders some of our pet food from chewy and sometimes it is a bit heavy. Depending on who the FedEx delivery person is, the package is sitting in the yard where they shoved it out the truck door and not on the front porch. Wife is a bit pissed about it.
David We had two deliveries past our house to a trailer no one has lived in in 17 years. Multiple times to the neighbors and once kicked off half way down the driveway.
Would walk over a naked woman to get to a gobblin turkey!

If they have a delivery anywhere down my Sons street they seem to just drop it at his mailbox or sometimes porch and let him deliver to the proper home. I bet he has called and spoke to someone half a dozen times or close. Seem to be a little better recently. In my area, UPS's only problem is an occasional package not being on the truck and being delivered the next day due to loading error. Still hands down better than F'ed up.

David I try to catch our driver before she offloads it, to grab it for her (we usually get 2 bags at a time for 3 dogs). She said she delivers a LOT of dog food from Chewy, daily, so if your route is towards the end of the run, they're probably tired of seeing Chewy boxes!
experience is a freakin' awesome teacher....

Fedex admin or managers? I dont think they exist. Fedex may have the worse customer service. Fedex admin or managers? I dont think they exist. Fedex may have the worse customer service. 💯 % correct

There's many parts of FedEx. There's Ground, Express and another one I can't think of. Express is the only way I will us them. Totally different worlds. Most of the people in Express have many years in with the company and still take pride in their work. No I don't work for FedEx, but I do contract maintenance on the Express sites only. I have to say a big issue I'm hearing is their spoiled pilots not wanting to work. Highest paid and are spoiled azzes

Yeah I’m curious to know if FedEx has got their Bessemer location straight yet. They lost 2 $500 100 lb packages in one month. Don’t want to order anything else until I hear they have cleaned up their act.
We have 5 hydraulic pumps sitting in Bessemer because of "Weather Delays in the area"
