That poster left out several important facts that tell the whole story:

Percentage of US population that is Black—-13%
Percentage of Murders committed by Blacks—58%
Percentage of Prisoners in US that are Black—64%
In 2021 Police shot and killed 65 blacks, 221 Whites, The argument Police are out to kill blacks isn’t backed up by statistics.

So while blacks make up roughly 1/8th of the entire population, they are responsible for well over half of the crime in this country.

It is hard not to be a little racist when you are constantly being told whites are racist and BLM. Virtually every where you turn its something to do with race. It just really grows old.

My employer is on the same path. The CEO can’t run fast enough to employ “diversity and inclusion” in every letter he sends out. We even have a Inclusion and Diversity Compliance Officer (you talk about sounding like a communist that title nails it). Communist operate in neighborhoods in communist countries and they indeed have political commissars in each neighborhood.

You should make a poster with the equivalent numbers for white people and hang it next to it.

I typically call my black coworkers by their names. I guess that I need to look past their character, value to the company as an employee and see their skin color as their defining trait. Isn't that what MLK told us to do?

The part about soul food is dumb. If you walked up on a table of soul food you would think you were at any southern country church picnic. I guess I grew up on it.

But anything deemed "good" has to have the word "black" attached to it, anymore.

Any meal on my family’s table = southern cooking.
