Something isn't right with this. Did anybody see them open the door with a fraking key? Also I heard them announce police search warrant about 20 times loud. Yes it was a mistake, but his dumbass had to be deaf if he didn't hear that. Not to mention stupid for trying to grab a gun when they are announcing that. Lastly this is Minneapolis the epitome of this black lives matter BS. frak Minneapolis What if he was actually deaf? If I’m sound asleep no way I’m hearing a key slide in a door. He’s probably disoriented too.

If you can't hear what I heard when they announced themselves then you need to get your ears checked and if he was deaf then don't you think they would lead with that in the article. Not deaf dumb as hell Went right over that noggin... From OP first post the guy shot is presumed to be innocent. (Wrong address is how I'm interpreting it, I didn't click the article just watched video). So going back to my post, if the guy was truly innocent, would that change your view of him being a dumbass and defending himself?

Yeah if the evidence comes out in favor, but I don't think it will support it. Someone announces police search warrant and come through my door the last fraking thing I'm gonna do is reach for a gun. Not to mention the big letters that says POLICE on the front of their vests. I agree, but you are awaken from a dead azz sleep in middle of the night to strange folks shouting at you in your place of residence, you prolly won't make out what they are saying initially, certainly not reading the writing on their vests. Fight or flight response kicks in. Just read the article and it does look like the body cam footage doesn't match the PD's initial statement. Sure smells stinky to me....

Pretty chitty situation for everybody involved but especially for the guy that lost his life. He wasn’t even listed on the warrant. Who cares why he was there, this is still America til it’s not.

Where I policed this was reserved for the narcotics unit. You better know they hit the wrong house at times. Human error. By GOD`s grace nobody ever got shot. The no knock should not be allowed. Somebody knocks my door down they get shot.

IMHO, knocking is the dumbest schit ever. You’re not going there to sell Girl Scout cookies.Unfortunately, schit happens and it’s not always good or goes right. Just is what it is.
From the video, that was a good shoot. Guy clearly has gun in his hands and at that point it’s lights out as it should be.
Now should they have been there? Why were they there and who gave them the intel?
If you’re a common sense person, you probably don’t feel you have a home in this world right now. If you’re a Christian, you know you were never meant to.

I’m not a fan of No Knock Warrants. They are supposed to be reserved for very extenuating circumstances. Some officers understand this just as some judges understand it. Conversely some officers and judges don’t seem to be able to grasp this and that is where problems occur. I don’t advocate their elimination but I do advocate some very stringent guidelines to follow in order to issue one and I advocate penalties for those that don’t follow the guidelines.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

Both sides are in a tough situation. LEOs are fighting evil on our soil and Minnesota is rife with it because they catered to them. The good people that actually live there get caught up in it. Let’s see how this all plays out before we judge. Do you think the democratic media is going to help the police? The evil that is coming in is actually using our constitution against us.

Unless you are going to arrest someone on “El Chapo’s” level, there is no reason for a no knock warrant. This is the kind of thing that happens when police try and raid a place like they are in Iraq. It’s a no win situation if the person inside is armed. And innocent and the wrong person as the article states. It said St. Paul actually wanted a knock warrant. This actually is bad policing and they deserve what they get. I believe honestly if I were in law enforcement I would have to question any no knock warrants I would be asked to carry out. Just doesn’t seem worth it from their end. To many unknowns to go wrong like in this case with an innocent person there.
