I have a 150 gallon trough that I will be putting out tomorrow. There is no source of piped water within a 1/4 mile of where I will be putting it. I will haul water to it as needed in a 300 gallon "tote." I'll put a camera on it and post up what shows up, if anything shows up.
Good idea on putting something in the tank for anything that falls in to use to get out. A dead coon in the tank would make a mess. Guess I could put some cinder blocks in it.
