Present. Slept in yesterday and a decent buck showed up here at 7:39am and again at 9:30am. If he comes back this morning I’ll post a pic of him.

Set up in same spot as yesterday. Millennium ladderstand on the edge of a thicket and some thinned pines. Saw 19 yesterday so maybe history will repeat itself. My thermometer says it’s only 3 degrees warmer than yesterday morning but right now it feels nice. Maybe the mile +- walk in still has me warmed up. Just can’t decide if I’m still horn hunting or meat hunting today as it will most likely be the last time I can hunt this season. Good luck to y’all.

Despite letting water drip, camper pipes are froze. Sooooo I’m working on thawing them out. Gonna head out in an hour or so if possible once I get some water flowing.

Second cup of coffee-check, breakfast biscuit in belly-check, joe and Kamala dropped off at pool-check, frost burning off-check, cell cam just went off with first deer of the morning-check.time to go hunting. I am blessed to be in my best stand in under 10 minutes.it’s been slow in mornings but on fire last two evenings with me seeing over 40 does and 7 bucks, including what looked like what I am waiting for, but too far/dark.so heigh Ho heigh Ho it’s off to the Condo I go.good luck everyone.

It must have got cold last night, our pool finally froze over

Well a hot doe came across the clearcut, and brought 5 bucks with her. 3 rack bucks and some scrubs. Only 2 rack bucks made it across 😁

Got here before light. Saw lots of movement yesterday. Not so much today. Drawing a blank so far today. I did hear a few shots early. Maybe I’m just in the wrong spot.

Oh heck yeah. Good job. Let’s see him.
