Prob not what your looking for but mugshots has great burgers for a chain , if you wanna drive to the neon pig in Tupelo they have one that’s phenomenal and consistently ranks in the top 5 in the country .

I always heard how good they were and I’ve tried em 4-5 times and they’re nothing special to me,good ole boys BBQ makes a good one but I really like five guys

Char burger in guntersville is not bad , but the chicken on a stick food truck that stays by GTO at times gets my biz if it’s open .

Here are a few local to me that I have tried and found to be pretty darned good.
Carrollton, Alabama - Town Square Diner - as close as I have ever found to the way my grandmother used to make them. Very good.
Brookwood, Alabama - Henry's - Real good burger here too.
Northport, Alabama - Bama BBQ - to me, the best in Tuscaloosa/Northport area.
