Does he know someone in the building materials business? Sold my house, bought a lot and stopped the whole works whenbuilders quote for a 2700 sq ft house was $165/ sq.
I need to know when those prices are going to correct. in no hurry. $165/SF is a good price. Unless something unforeseeable occurs, we will not seem any relief in 2022 on building materials. I'm in commercial construction and have friends that build in Huntsville. Their homes are now at $175/SF and up. That is what I am hearing AU. probably buy the rental I am in and keep it as as investment when things change and I decide to build..
