Be quiet and get there real early. I’d rather bump them in complete dark then them see me.

Whatever you do, you’re gonna run them off and they ain’t coming back. That would be my guess. It’s worth a try, though.
The better play is hunting their trails when they leave the field, if that’s possible without spooking them. Good luck and keep us posted.

Go in just after daylight so you can see if a buck is in there. This is what I would do. Go in the daylight when I can see from afar what is there and go very, very slow. Might shoot one without having to get into the house.

Of course either option assumes wind is in your favor. Next year I would look at planting sone Egyptian Wheat as a screen to further simplify the problem. A good screen will allow you to slip in almost undetected. A little noise an hour before dark might spook them a little but in my experience they won’t go far at all and will filter back in.

U back it off the patch and always hunt right wind (if u can sneak in and out w out getting detected) - it’s like it never gets hunted - always try to do this if land allows - awesome for low pressure
Hunt the wind - leave it better than you found it - love your neighbor as you love your self We need prayer for our country now more than ever

Why would you use the light in the daylight? Does it confuse them or something?
