I go out of state to hunt it won't be for white tail deer or turkey. I can do that here

1000 acres all to myself in Harris county Georgia. They’re killing deer there every year bigger than a lot of guys are killing in Iowa and Kansas leases.
I’ve seen what some people are growing there and it rivals any of the Midwest states.
And you don’t have to deal with bitter cold

This. Yes there are bug deer on the Midwest but you will never seen a many good bucks in several trips to the Midwest as you will on a Texas hunt on well managed land.
