Oregon's communist dictators have probably banned sweet tea.

Crazy to think this was his “big move”. Looks like Lincoln Riley wasn’t the only one that couldn’t handle the SEC. Either way, Oregon plays Georgia in Atlanta for the season opener.

I never saw him leaving - shocked me when he did

Going to Oregon was also a shock

I'll be the odd man out. Best of luck to the young man and I hope
he's successful.

I was surprised to see him going to Oregon. Guess he can wear some cool unis and maybe get a NIL Nike deal.

Seems like an odd place to go. Was his daddy involved in this?

Perhaps if he goes to a place where he's just another player, humbles himself, and gets some good coaching, he might be able to be something better than he could imagine.

Good point Irish - I think he has some talent - other areas around him were also lacking - worst receivers this year than we had in a while. His numbers were bettr this year - I always tried to take up for the guy - kind of got off w me when he bolted. U no what - good luck to him
I heard social media was hard on him and that had him looking - he and his dad met w coach - who knows what happened there. I don’t do social media so I don’t know how tuff fans were but the qb position is going to get too much credit and too much blame - kind of one of the monickers that come w the position

One of Auburn's past OC's that coached NIX is there. The Oregon schedule is nothing like an SEC schedule(although they open with Georgia). It's usually an easy path into the top 10 and CFP consideration.

It's usually an easy path into the top 10 and CFP consideration until they play someone with serious chops and lose two big games, thus eliminating them from CFP consideration.

If it looks like duck and throws like a duck, send it to Oregon.
Best of luck to the young man. Player needs to get his life right somewhere besides the plains.
