We know the thug status pits convey. Here in the Ham if you walk your leashed pit in my hood y'know just to showoff your badassery you WILL be contacted by one of our local police that was bitten by a pit. And strangely enough after having your ID ran for warrants and tickets it's amazing how no local dog lover walks a pitbull I mean it's like understood in the community show your pitbull thuggery get contacted by the police. Can't be profiling though everyone is the same skin tone. I love government tyranny, don't you. Statistically I wonder which one puts you at more danger.

I really like the people who get on here and beat their chest about how much they love dogs and they keep them outside in a kennel.
Itās usually the guy who says āI like my dogs more than any humanā. You can bet your bottom dollar you go to his house and thereās either a dog tied to a tree or one in a pen crafted from pallets and old chain link fence. Never washes them, covered in fleas, yāall know the deal.

Where do yāall live to have so many run ins with pit bulls? I live in what most on here would describe as a terrible city that they would never live in because there are too many people and you canāt shoot a rifle off your back porch but somehow Iāve managed to stay away from pit bulls. I was thinking the same thing. People seem to like throwing out their unwanted pets here. I guess they think I'll give them a good home . Over the hill is covered in dog bones .

There are 2 pit bulls that are roaming around where I live. They are supposedly friendly to people but very dog aggressive. They have killed 2 dogs. The owners are saying they are sweet and itās not their fault. The people in the neighborhood are declaring war saying that we should hunt them down and kill them. Iām over here laughing. If they approach me or mine then I will love and adore them. Outside of that Iām not going hunting for a dog. I see somebody spending the night in jail before this is over. The owner should be in jail. You canāt have free roaming dogs patrolling the neighborhood killing other pets.

That breed needs to be exterminated. So you wanna wipe out thousands and thousands of animals just because a few kill people ever year .? Pit's kill about 15 a year Cows kill about 30 So you're saying we should kill half as many pit bulls as we do cows? I think that'd solve the problem.

Thinking of getting my kid a pet for Christmas. Got it narrowed down to a few choices. Which of these would be safer?
1- Pitbull 2- Saltwater Crocodile (baby) 3- Nest of hornets 4- Sack full of cottonmouths
Iām thinking the Salty would be the easiest and safest. If it doesn't work out...you can turn it into a new pair of boots!

From my perspective I feel the best thing to do is just stay quiet. Don't even make a complaint to the owner, a friend, aldeer or anyone. When everything is quiet, and the coast is clear handle your business. Problem solved!

think they look tough by owning one.
the dog give the owner a false sense of badassery. A pit in public is just like waving an AK around I think Menacing is the legal term. Pits are dogs dogs bite. Nobody likes being bitten.
