Sounds like an excellent opportunity to upgrade to a new high torque motor

Sounds like an excellent opportunity to upgrade to a new high torque motor There’s more to it than simply upgrading to a higher torque motor. You also have to upgrade the wires, controlled and solenoid.

Sounds like an excellent opportunity to upgrade to a new high torque motor There’s more to it than simply upgrading to a higher torque motor. You also have to upgrade the wires, controlled and solenoid. Doesn't HAVE to be. I needed a motor for one once, and came across a smokin deal on a purple motor (big name?) used. It was just like the stock one, until I did upgrade the conrtroller and wiring. It could handle the extra amps and RPMS's but it ran fine till I decided to upgrade. Keep your eyes open for a used aftermarket motor, sometimes folks do some upgrading and sell em right. Jason
