Ive seen two different pictures of two different axis deer taken here in the past couple weeks. One in Mt Olive taken by a Aldeer member i wont name, he can show it if he wants to. Another this morning northwest of Blountsville taken by a customer of mine. About 20yrs ago i saw a big doe with spots all over her, i guess could have been a axis deer although i was told by someone close to where i saw it that it was a fallow deer. Reckon how many of these things there are running around? These two deer were bucks and looked just about alike but they were about 25-30mi apart. If im not mistaken both pictures were taken this past summer

I knew of a man south of Troy who opened the high fence gate and turned loose quite a few. I think the tax man was after his assets. This was probably in the late 90s or early 2000s.

serious question....is it legal to shoot them in AL if you see one?
There are 3 certainties in an uncertain world:
1. All Politicians Are Liars 2. All Gun Laws Are an Infringement 3. Taxation Is Theft

If it is a member of the deer family, which it is, it is legal to shoot during deer season.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

We’re a bunch not far from the house. Think most have been killed now though.
Would walk over a naked woman to get to a gobblin turkey!
