Several years ago had one to come in between me and a goblin turkey. He was close and those yellow eyes were staring me down.Had hopes of the Gobbler coming in so I didn’t shoot. The Gobbler shutup but I got him that afternoon.

I trapped this one a few years back. That one has the look in his eyes like, "Well, I done messed up now!"

Several years ago had one to come in between me and a goblin turkey. He was close and those yellow eyes were staring me down.Had hopes of the Gobbler coming in so I didn’t shoot. The Gobbler shutup but I got him that afternoon. I had the same thing happen to me on a trip to TN. The turkey was almost in range when he suddenly went to putting. I yelped to try to settle him down and a black coyote came charging in on me. I pointed the gun at him when he was about 15 yds away and he changed direction in a hurry. I didn't drive to TN to shoot a coyote, so I let him go. The turkey never came back. I think a white coyote is more rare than a black one. We had a solid white one on our place about 15 years ago. He was seen by 3 different people and nobody ever got a shot at him. He looked like a ghost going through the woods, and I really didn't know what it was when I first saw him. He disappeared after that season. I'm surprised he made it as long as he did; he would have had a hard time slipping up on anything.

I never pass a shot at a yote ...ever.
I've spent most of the money I've made in my lifetime on hunting and fishing. The rest I just wasted.....

Had one at 40 yards a few years back. Didn’t know what it was at first glance. It stopped to scratch it’s ear and I let an arra loose. That dog levitated about 2 ft straight up. Dead opposite of how a deer drops. Arrow stuck in the tree behind it. I really wanted that one. It was very large too
Don't blame me for your bad decision-
