Seems these threads happen way too often. I help run a program at my church where we split firewood throughout the year to give away to those who need it. We have multiple families from Madison & Jackson Co that we help out. Sure enough...went and checked on our storage shed the other day and it was standing wide open...lock gone and newest wood splitter missing. Makes me kick myself for making it harder to take. Bad enough it affects the church but now those folks actually in need. Can't stand a flippin thief.

You gotta be low down to steal from a church.

Yeah and the jack legs prob didn’t get the splitter to use it , hock it . I may catch some heat for this but the best thing you can do is pray for them . God will provide a splitter if it’s his will the ministry continue and it sounds like an awesome outside the box ministry . I’ll be praying about that too . So sorry .

They stole the catalytic converters off our church vans. I hope yall get the splitter back somehow. These days most people don't know what its like or can't imagine a family needing firewood to make it through the winter. It's hard to describe the feeling of bringing a load of wood to somebody that has to have it and can't do much to handle it for themselves.

Got the converters off both our church vans too, and several other local churches.

Special place in hell for them

Local church parked their two vans under a carport behind the building to allow for more parking in front. Thieves cut the converters off both vans. The church replaced the converters and parked the vans in the same place. It was well lit and open enough to see anything going on there. Thieves came back and they stole the converters again. The church now parks their vans in front of the building next to Hwy 20. At least the vans havent been hit again, but they used parking spaces needed by older church members who have trouble walking.

. There is a place in hell for a lot that do not have a relationship with Him that created us. At one time because of the way I was leading my life, I would have been there with them. His grace found me and changed me.

it is not in perfect condition, but I have an electric splitter you can have for the church until a better one comes along. I am in the Shoals. Just message me and we can figure out how to get it to you.
