I love to hear stories of companies on strike where the supervisors , managers , engineers , clerks , hit the production floor and get a taste of what the folks that tote the load do. It usually doesn't work out too well, low production, tear up equipment , injuries , the list goes on. Good for them to get a reality check while walking in the working mans shoes. Other than that I don't give a hoot either way.



It’s interesting to me that those that sit on the wall side of a desk often forget about what it’s like on the door side. Even though they love to tell you that they know all about it.
