I would think religion is more about legalism or docterine and tradition, doing certain things on certain days and strictly believing in a, b, c. Spirituality on the other hand is having a connection with the Almighty. A persons spirituality is their relationship with the Lord. I believe there will be ALOT of religious people spend eternity in hell. I believe the best life any human can live is one focused as close to 100% as possible on spirituality, and a healthy relationship with God. If you can take care of that one thing, everything else will be ok. Very well said, I agree 100%. I was religious growing up, but I wasn't spiritual in the least way.
