The twins get their license every next week so I’ve been looking for not 1 but 2 trucks in the historical worst time ever. Got one covered a couple weeks ago and been looking high and low for the other. Been talking to a guy about one in Tupelo for a couple days and got up this morning to go get it. Drive to Tupelo check it out, agree on a price and pull cash out of my console to pay for it and the guy say “ I got a guy supposed to come get it in a couple days, if he don’t show I’ll call you”. Good luck with that shat. I wouldn’t drive back up there and deal with that idiot for half the price.
People selling stuff and hold it for maybes are idiots
People who complain about people who don’t hold it and wait on maybes are complete idiots
People who let you drive that far and then won’t sell to someone holding cash are a special kind of idiot
And for the record if I’d gotten there and someone would have bought it while I was driving, that’s life. Happens to me often dealing with individuals on heavy trucks I try to buy Sometimes I get there first, sometimes I get there late.
