Same question about when does everyone feel entitled to bring their dog into a private store? Target, Lowe’s, grocery store

We have numerous ladies at school that drop their dog off at doggie daycare everyday. 50 bucks per week. All those people do is let them run together and play.

Same here. Never had a dog inside, never plan to. Nothing with more body hair than me needs to be inside my house.

Regarding cats, I hate all of them, inside or out. If I could eliminate a single creature from earth, I would have a hard time choosing between gnats and cats.

I've been through 5 large breed dogs in past 15yrs in this house.im constantly painting walls ,repairing sheet rock, wiping down baseboards, dusting chit.
When we bought this house I said zero pets not even a goldfish but I gave in and I knew I would be the one who took care of all of them and would be most heart broken when they died also.i grew up with several dogs in house so I had a soft spot for dogs.
I'm down to one dog now a sure nuff bad arse pure bred rottweiler with very good pedigree. Great guard dog...I lost my girl rott a few months ago along with a boy rott about three years ago and then a black lab and a black mouth cur before them.my mother in law will not even come in my house which is great!!! she's horrified of my dog cause he looks mean.
My dog is so spoiled he spends maybe 20 minutes outside everyday so I have to carry him for exercise as much as possible.
I like my dogs more than 98% of people just hate the shedding and pet dander.
I've always said my dogs love me more than my mother and I got a good Christian moma that would do anything at all for me...

I don’t care what another person does at their house. As for me, well I guess I have one expensive ass yard ornament.

My dog stays in the house, goes to work with me, and hunts with me.

Mine comes and goes. He's starting to spend more time outside since it's cooling off. By Thanksgiving, he probably won't come in much at all.

When he comes in he just kinda goes to kennel. Today he's cooked cause I did two conditioning runs with him.

We leaving for the dakotas soon. Hell be kennel bound, except when hunting.

My dog is a inside dog sleeps in my bed when she wants to but usually sleeps on the floor. She’s 10 and has been threw a lot of hardships in my life. I have no kids so she is my child she goes everywhere I go most of the time she acts like a human. Hell the local bar uset to let her come in witn me when I was a regular. She sheds a good bit but I keep her bathed and don’t mind cleaning up after her shedding better than a little kid drawing on my walls or tearing my stuff up. She won’t even crap in ads hard goes off in the woods to do her business

I'm not living with an animal. I've stood my ground on that one.

We’ve had house dogs for years. A Basset, big chocolate Lab (RIP Buck) and now a 2 yr old Lab Mix. The first two had a bed they laid on and slept on. Didn’t go anywhere else in the house. Current one has a kennel he sleeps in. He’s allowed on one couch in one spot and we put a blanket on it for him to lay on. Run a Roomba every couple days cause he sheds like no other dog I’ve ever seen. Will NOT mess in the house. He and I walk a mile and a half mile very morning and evening and some weekend mornings we do a 3.5 mile walk. Good for both of us.

He would be a crappy outside dog. Highly territorial and would bark at the neighbors too much. He’s not a great inside dog but it is what it is. I keep him as clean and smelling good as I can. He loves new people and visitors but gets more excited than I wish he would.

Where were you eating that allows dogs (especially large ones) in a restaurant?

horsechitt. Our Cocker Spaniel slept in the bed with my brother and I 60+ years ago. Would sleep under the covers at the foot of the bed. She would bite yer foot if you poked her when you were asleep!!!!!

Yall think a dog on the inside is bad, a free range goat will make u wanna kill it within 2 weeks tops...I'll never have a goat again and by God if that means a divorce so be it 😀

At one time I was dead set against dogs in the house unless it was extremely cold.

I now have 3 that sleep in my bed or kids beds (depends on the night) and go to work with me every day.
