I've got the old school cast iron daisy wheel and every time I use it, it's rusted shut, even though it stays covered. Are the new stainless ones the way to go? It’s actually easy. When you are done cooking put the dome lid on and put your daisy wheel on the grate. Close it up for the night. Good tip!
