New club with 1500 plus contiguous acres. Clear cuts, hard woods and creek / Swamp areas. Ability to double size next year. 8-9 members total this year. Need one or possibly two members. If you have a tractor to help with green fields, possible to lower your membership costs. 15 + green fields most with shooting houses. 130+ 3-1/2 YO harvest goals. Camphouse with power and running water. I had this property 20 years ago, and we had several 150+ deer harvested. First work days Oct 2-3.
