Carter makes the best thumb trigger releases in my opinion. I use a 4 finger Chocolate Lite. I shoot hand held releases just as well and index finger wrist releases. In the stand it’s nice to be able to clip your release on your d-loop when you hang your bow up and not have to sit there with a wrist strap on.
