In the last 18 months I personally have only seen one patient with influenza. Masks and social distancing in combination with flu vaccines abd pre existing herd immunity to influenza have killed flu season.

So the flu will go away completely now or does it just lie dormat for years until covid ends?
Or is it possible a bunch of covid cases were actually influenza which is why some people are getting covid 2 and 3 times when the could have had the flu mistaken for covid?
