The regeneron infusion which is available statewide appears to be the best treatment available for early in the disease course the reduce the risk of progression to severe disease or illness. It is most effective if given within the first 72hrs. Based on the emergency use authorization issued one week ago your wife does qualify to receive the Regeneron (simply by having had direct contact with your son who has tested +) without showing symptoms or testing positive herself.
