Water and Gatorade for me, I drink one 16-20 oz Gatorade for every 2-3 bottles of water. Weekends I change shirts also, not really practical at my Monday through Friday job. I also like those super duper drinks like Body Armors , but they're pricey. I'll drink them if my wife brings some in, LOL. This is the correct way. Have to have the electrolytes to help your body absorb the water. More water than gatorade, but still need the slats and such that gatorade provides
