I’m shooting some dinosaurs. Carbon Xpress PileDriver PTX. They tune well with my bow and I loaded the wagon when they went on clearance after being discontinued.
As far as brand preference…it doesn’t matter and often boils down to personal preference. As long as they are spined right for your draw length and weight you’ll be fine.

Just checked out those Day 6 arrows you mentioned. I really like their outsert system. Looks identical to the firenock outserts Dorge used to sell on ArcheryTalk. Nice looking broadheads too.

I’m leaning towards them right now. I’ve heard good stuff about them, although I’m like you, as long as you have a spine for your bow, you can’t go wrong really.

Don't really matter arrows you choose to a point but start off getting the correct spine and having them cut to the correct length. I'm assuming these are for deer hunting if so a black eagle zombie slayer would a good choice along with there brass inserts. If your wanting a smaller diameter a black eagle rampage or renegade would work good. Gold tip, victory, Easton all have good arrows to pick from. It would help to know a lil info such as draw weight and length and what you trying to achieve with total arrow weight and foc etc I’m pulling 70lbs at 29.5 with their half mods now. I’d like for the arrow to be as short as possible without a ton of over hang off the rest/riser and get some where around the park of 420-50. Like I said, I’ve never “truly” set one up rather than sighting it in and getting a pile of arrows, so it’s somewhat knew to me.

I don’t like useless, extra arrow length either. I cut mine about 1/2” inch in front of my rest.
