how few leases have turned over this year as compared to normal years? I'm always looking and normally, stuff will start to trickle onto their websites starting in early June, but this year, all the major players, Rayonier, Weyerhauser, RMS, Westervelt, AFOA, etc have only had a smattering of Alabama leases, as in like 15-20 total combined between them all. I guess covid didnt affect peoples wallets as much as anticipated. I'm pretty well connected and the only decent sized property I'm aware of at this time is in Marengo and it's not going to be listed publicly. I have definitely noticed, i visit the same sights you spoke of and haven't found anything yet, I'm only looking for a small tract, 40-50 acres, they are hard to come by.....
