Dang man. Pray that gets better soon. How bad did you let it get before operating? I’ve had two cortisone shots and 6 weeks of physical therapy and it’s not a dang bit better. I’m afraid surgery may be in my future. I had 2 different partial tears that were over 50 percent. He wanted to do a bicep tendonesis but something must of made him change his mind during surgery.

It takes TIME. Took me 6-8 months to get full range of motion and almost 2 years to get my full strength back. I also had a torn bicep as well.

Mine hurts from my shoulder down my bicep to the inside of my elbow. I guess it’s just a matter of time. Dips and doing anything pushing down or away from my body is extremely painful.

I had labrum surgery Thursday with bicep tendonesis done. Luckily I haven’t had much pain from the surgery which they say isn’t normal. Worst fear is therapy starts Monday. Can’t wait for that. Biscuit I hope your pain eases soon.

I feel for you guys going thru it. Both of mine have been worked on and the pain can be terrible.
May we all die in bed at 95, shot by a jealous spouse

Worst pain I've ever felt. When I broke my hip, it didn't feel this bad. Pain meds not helping, only slept 3 hours in 2 days. This has got to get better soon. Call and rent a Game Ready. It pumps pressure and ice water all around the area. No pain meds after I started using it.

Pretty sure I tore mine 2 months ago. Felt like a tooth ache for two weeks when it happened, now it’s just weak and hurts when I pick something straight up. Just dealing with it. Can’t stand the thought of surgery just yet. Good luck!

Dang. I DON’T want it. Or a knee replacement. I’ve reached the age in the last year or so where I stop and think about what I’m fixing to do. A little voice says “AC, you gotta take care of yourself.” Prayers for relief for Brock and Biscuit.

Well I made the mistake of trying to sleep in my bed last night. Lasted about 4 hours. Woke up shoulder hurting like a B. Went back to recliner. Now sitting here with my ice machine going. Dang if it don’t feel like I messed something up somehow.
