This sounds like a good opportunity for somebody, goodluck man..hope you find what your lookin for..as for management..you absolutely can manage a property to the fullest extent of its potential..if i could get my hands on 500 acres..i guarantee i could make it special and the resident wildlife would prefer my hard work and dedication to the latter. You gotta think about whats around you...you maximixe your properties habitat potential and youll draw all kinds of critters off property with crappy habitat. Sooo, out compete your neighbors..an put out mor corn than they do  ...good luck sir👍🏻
