Got up to let the wather decide to either go hunting or go to work. Looks like I'm going g to work and try to bank a day with better wather. Good luck to you guys that have better weather or chance it before it hits.

It has been storming here in Greene county , I have 2900 acres to myself, it is muddy and wet, just sitting in the camper relaxing. Gonna wait till this stuff gets out of here in the next couple of hours then hit it hard

My Turkey Season will begin a week from tomorrow in Huron County, MI. I hunted for over 20 years in the Midway/ Clayton AL area with minimal success. At my age (74) the drive is just too much for my back to withstand. Instead, I drive 300 miles to the Thumb of Michigan and hunt with a good friend named Ray who has access to thousands of acres of private land. I’ve gone 4/4 in the last 4 years and my hunts have never lasted more than 2 days each. Ray is a regular Turkey Whisperer and I owe all my success to him. I’ll post pics when I return after next week.
