School me on tomato gravy
.... fry up some bacon. use the grease to make a gravy (like making sausage gravy). add in some home canned tomatoes if you have them; if not, a good canned tomato will do. use lots of fresh cracked black pepper. serve with the bacon and definitely over hot biscuits!
