As you grow older your tolerance level forbullshit drops dramatically. There is no vitamin, exercise or sleep aid that will stop it. It’s just the way some of us are built. Cussing the BSer’s out and pointing out their stupidity helps. lol

I go to Church and read the Bible, maybe not as much as I should, but it does help me get through the day without going over the edge. Some great ideal and suggestions I’m gonna look more into. I've always felt like I'd feel a whole lot better if I could strap on some football pads again and be allowed to hit someone as hard as a can.....Spent my entire childhood releasing tension and anxiety in this manner and then suddenly you can't do that anymore......You have to refrain from doing that or you go to jail...... Maybe we need to start an underground fight club for old men.

Im not as old as you, but i have very similar symptoms. Pissed off easily, agitated most of the time, and i generally cannot stand people. Ive found that boxing has really helped with my anger. Get you a heavy bag and give it hell 30 minutes a day. Great cardio, and can hit it as hard as you want without going to prison lol

A good diet, rest, and lots of exercise. This. Also the low T comment is accurate. As you age you will have convictions that run stronger. Doesn't give anyone a right to be a jerk, but in this wishy washy environment today, it can be hard not to get frustrated.
