Probably the biggest get together we've had at our little cabin yet. It started out as 4 of us getting together for a fire, cigars and whiskey. Then I said, "Well I might as well makes some chili and invite the wives too." Then people started inviting other people and the next thing you know it turned into 13 people over at the tiny cabin.

I was worried the big pot of chili I made and the two pans of Mexican Cornbread weren't going to be enough, but Rodney brought some hotdogs, Bettina brought chocolate cake, Mrs. Irish made some queso, and Wayne brought some little Cuban sandwiches.

Everybody smoked, ate, drank, got full, only one glass was broken, nobody got in a fight, everyone went home with their own lady and nothing was spilled on my furniture. I call that a good party.

Good times!
