Why is it a shame? Colt is a garbage company that sells hideously overpriced products with garbage customer service and cares nothing whatsoever about civilian sales. CZ is a top flight company that sells slightly overpriced top flight products and takes care of their customers. It's a significant upgrade.

CZ is a top flight company that sells slightly overpriced top flight products and takes care of their customers. It's a significant upgrade. THIS! Colt has been grossly overrated for years, same as kimber.

And don’t forget that Colt went “woke” and decided not to sell any ARs to the public anymore until SHTF and sells of firearms started to skyrocket. Then they waffled and went back to selling to anyone. Don’t feel sorry for them. I am sure they made a lick in the deal too.

Just more foreign takeover of American companies. Actually all industries should have to follow the gun industry laws. You will have everything mostly made in the USA. Or most of it anyway. We can’t import Chinese guns, but anything else we can.
